Rice from the Ebro Delta

We are in rice country and next to the port: both halves of the dish come from right here.

The rice is from the Delta and the shellfish from the L'Ampolla fish market. There is not much more to it: the stock is made every day and the cooking is watched closely, because rice waits for nobody.

They are made for a minimum of two people and the price is per person. We take a maximum of two types of rice per table, because each one wants its own cooking and its own moment.

Several are marked gluten free on the printed menu. If you are coeliac, always confirm it at the restaurant before ordering.
