Oysters from the Delta

The oyster is farmed in the bay, right next door. It arrives closed and is opened when you order it.

It is served natural, with nothing to cover it: 3.20 € each and 18.00 € for a portion of six. It is the dish that best explains where we are, because the sea it comes from can be seen from the terrace.

It also goes into the cold tray, with murex, periwinkles, king prawns and cooked langoustine, to share in the middle of the table.
