Who processes your data
The data controller is Marta Gimeno Causapé (NIF 43707125H), C/ Mateu Piñana i Roc, 9 · 43895 L'Ampolla (Tarragona), phone 977 46 06 04.
David Raluy (Raluy IA) acts as data processor: he builds and maintains the site on behalf of the owner and processes the data only to provide that service. Contact: hola@agenciaraluy.com.
What we collect and why
- Bookings: name, phone, day, sitting, number of people, area and, if you tell us, allergies or intolerances. Purpose: managing the booking. Legal basis: performance of a contract at your request.
- Conversations with the agent Mar: the text you write, to attend to you and improve the service.
- Visits: we count visits without cookies and without storing your IP in the clear, using a daily hashed identifier that cannot follow you from one day to the next. That is why this site has no cookie banner.
Allergies and intolerances
A food allergy is health data. We process it only to alert the kitchen, we do not show it in any public listing and we do not use it for anything else. The agent Mar never confirms whether a dish is suitable: that is always confirmed by the restaurant.
How long we keep it
Bookings, 12 months. Conversations, 6 months. A daily automatic process deletes whatever has expired.
Who we share it with
With the restaurant, to manage the booking. The infrastructure is provided by Cloudflare (hosting and database) and the agent's language model by Anthropic. We do not sell data and we do not use it for advertising.

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection by writing to hola@agenciaraluy.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Autoritat Catalana de Protecció de Dades.
